You’ll meet one-on-one with a dedicated nearshore recruiting specialist to define your needs and role requirements. Within approximately two weeks, we’ll present 2–3 carefully vetted candidates. You choose who to interview, or we continue the search until the right fit is found.

While most placements are successful thanks to our thorough vetting process, we understand that situations can change. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll restart the search and present qualified replacement candidates at no additional cost.

We invoice monthly per position and do not require long-term contracts. Like any great hire, the goal is a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship—but you maintain flexibility.
